Dr. Clifton graduated summa cum laude from the University of Central Arkansas with a Bachelors of Science Degree and a Minor in Interdisciplinary Studies from the Honors College in 1995. She then attended the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences, where she graduated first in her class in 1999. Dr. Clifton completed a 1-year Internship in Internal Medicine at UAMS, before completing a 3-year Residency in Dermatology. She served her last year as Chief Resident.
Dr. Clifton offers medical, surgical and cosmetic treatments. In addition, she has received advanced training in lasers, injectable treatments, chemical peels and dermal fillers. She serves as a national trainer for Allergan® and other national cosmetic companies.
Her research interests have led to several publications in the Journal of the American Academy of Dermatology, Pediatric Dermatology and the Journal of Cutaneous Pathology. Dr. Clifton stays up to date with regular journal readings and participation in medical and cosmetic conferences
Dr. Clifton’s approach to patient care is to treat everyone like a member of her family. She listens closely to her patient’s concerns before creating an individualized plan to meet their needs.
Dr. Missy Clifton is a native Arkansan from Dardanelle. She, her husband Jeff, and their 3 children call Bentonville home.
Dr. Allen received her undergraduate degree from the University of Arkansas where she was an All-American swimmer. After graduating from the Indiana University School of Medicine, she completed her Residency in Dermatology followed by a Fellowship in Mohs Micrographic Surgery at the Mayo Clinic in Rochester, MN. Mohs is a highly specialized treatment for the most common types of skin cancer with a 98% cure rate.
Dr. Allen is married with 4 children- triplet daughters born in 2012 and one son.
Dr. Blake Williams graduated Magna Cum Laude from the University of Arkansas in Fayetteville with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Chemistry. He then attended medical school at the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences in Little Rock. In 2012, he received his Doctorate of Medicine with Honors in Research all while maintaining a 4.0 GPA. After medical school, Dr. Williams completed a one-year internship in internal medicine and a three-year residency in dermatology, both at UAMS in Little Rock.
Throughout his education, Dr. Williams has been the recipient of many prestigious awards including the National Merit Scholarship, First Ranked Senior Scholar Award, Barton Foundation Scholarship and Roberts Key as well as being elected a member of Alpha Omega Alpha Honor Medical Society. Highly decorated for his research, Dr. Williams’ work has been published in multiple journals including the Journal of the American Academy of Dermatology, Pediatric Dermatology and Transplant International. He is an active member of professional organizations and enjoys giving back to his local community. Throughout medical school, Dr. Williams volunteered at health fairs and free health clinics, serving as the Director of Harmony Health’s Free Dermatology Clinic.
Blake is a native Arkansan and likes fishing, canoeing and studying wilderness medicine. He is a fan of college football and loves to call Northwest Arkansas his home alongside his wife and three children.
A Russellville native, Dr. Rebekah Baltz graduated summa cum laude from the University of Arkansas with a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Spanish. She received her Doctor of Medicine from the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences where she was the recipient of The Roberts Key Award for having the highest grade point average during all four years of medical school. Dr. Baltz completed her internship at Mercy Hospital in St. Louis, Missouri, and later her dermatology residency at the Northwell Health Department of Dermatology in New Hyde Park, New York. During her residency, Dr. Baltz served as Chief Resident and Cosmetic Clinic Organizer. Among her many recognitions, Dr. Baltz received the only department resident award at her graduation: The Humanism Award, in recognition of her exemplary service, compassionate care, integrity, and leadership.
Dr. Baltz is a board-certified dermatologist and specializes in general and surgical dermatology. She is a member of the American Academy of Dermatology, Women’s Dermatologic Society, American Medical Association, Phi Beta Kappa Honor Society, and Alpha Omega Alpha Honor Medical Society.
Rebekah, her husband, and 4 children call Fayetteville home. They enjoy biking and taking advantage of the natural beauty of Northwest Arkansas.
A native of Fairland, Indiana, Dr. Belin accepted a Navy ROTC scholarship to the University of Notre Dame, earning a Bachelor of Science degree in 1994, graduating Magna Cum Laude, and receiving both the Dean's Award for academic excellence and the Student Leadership Award for his contributions to the University. He earned his Doctor of Medicine from the Uniformed Services University of the Health Sciences (USUHS) in 1998, earning both the Dean's Award and Family Practice Award for academic excellence. Wanting to ensure a broad clinical base, Dr. Belin completed a Family Medicine internship at Naval Hospital Pensacola, where he was voted Intern of the Year by his peers and senior residents.
In July 1999, Dr. Belin reported to Naval Air Station Pensacola for Naval Flight Surgeon training, earning the Surgeon General's Award for Student Excellence in recognition of scholastic achievement, officer qualities, leadership, and flight aptitude. He then reported to Marine Corps Air Station New River, North Carolina, where he served as flight surgeon for HML/A-167, an attack helicopter squadron. Dr. Belin's next duty station was at the US Naval Academy, where he served as the flight surgeon and Department Head of Precommissioning Physical Exams. Upon selection for Dermatology residency, Dr. Belin reported to the National Naval Medical Center (NNMC) in Bethesda, Maryland, in June 2003. Following graduation and board certification in 2006, Dr. Belin was selected to remain as teaching staff at NNMC. He remained at Bethesda for four years, serving as Department Head, Assistant Director for Medical Services, and the Dermatology Consultant for both the White House and the United States Congress. During his tour there, he also volunteered for deployment onboard the USNS Comfort for Continuing Promise 2009, serving both as the dermatologist and the flight surgeon for the onboard helicopter detachment.
In July 2010, Dr. Belin reported to Naval Medical Center Portsmouth (NMCP) in Virginia. His leadership abilities were quickly recognized, and he was chosen to be the Chairman of the Dermatology Department and was selected as the Navy Dermatology Specialty Leader. Dr. Belin's personal awards include the Meritorious Service Medal, the Navy and Marine Corps Commendation Medical (Gold Star in lieu of Second Award), and the Navy and Marine Corps Achievement Medal.
Dr. Belin is married to his wife of 25 years and they have been blessed with four sons. He is active within his church and local community and enjoys taking advantage of all the natural beauty Arkansas has to offer.
Dr. Caroline Cunningham graduated Magna Cum Laude with Honors from the University of Georgia with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Biology. She then attended medical school at Tulane University School of Medicine earning her Doctorate of Medicine in 2016 and graduating first in her class. After medical school, Dr. Cunningham completed a one-year internship in internal medicine and a three-year dermatology residency all at Tulane University Medical Center.
Dr. Cunningham comes to Premier Dermatology as a highly decorated physician. Throughout her undergraduate and graduate education, she was the recipient of numerous awards including the Tulane School of Medicine Deans Award, the American Medical Women’s Association Glasgow-Rubin Achievement Award for being a female medical student who graduates first in her class, the Dr. George H. Hauser Award for outstanding performance in the study of pathology, and the Oscar Creech, MD, Award for academic excellence and performance in surgical rotation. Alongside her many accolades, publications, and professional memberships lies her passion. Dr. Cunningham has been an advocate and volunteer for children with special needs and for those requiring hospitalization for many years. In fact, she was a founding board member of Strong City, an organization representing a new way for cities to share resources and empower underserved youth.
Dr. Courtney Book is a board-certified dermatologist and fellowship-trained Mohs surgeon who strives to provide every patient with compassionate care of the highest caliber.
A native of Boonville, Missouri, Dr. Book received her undergraduate and medical degrees from the University of Missouri, where she was inducted into the Omicron Delta Kappa and Sigma Rho Sigma honorary societies. During this time, she was also awarded the RAMS Community Service Award – an honor bestowed to a single university student who demonstrated a rigorous and exemplary commitment to community service. During medical school, she was involved in the formation of the University of Missouri’s student-run community health clinic, MedZou, for which she served as the first fundraising chair.
She completed her internal medicine internship and dermatology residency at Wake Forest University in North Carolina, where she was selected to serve on the hospital’s Resident Advisory Committee. Upon the completion of her dermatology residency, Dr. Book completed an accredited Mohs surgery fellowship with Scripps Clinic in La Jolla, California, under renowned surgeon Dr. Hugh Greenway, a direct protégé of Dr. Frederick Mohs (for whom Mohs surgery is named). Additionally, she received extensive training in phlebology (the branch of medicine that deals with veins and diseases of veins), and laser and cosmetic dermatology.
Dr. Book is a fellow of the American Academy of Dermatology and American College of Mohs Surgeons and a diplomate of the American Board of Lymphatic and Venous Medicine. She currently serves on the national Patient Safety Committee for the American Academy of Dermatology and is chair of the Community Service and Public Education Committee for the Women’s Dermatologic Society. Her work has been presented at national meetings and published in textbooks and several peer-reviewed journals.

Dr. Henry Ramirez is a board-certified OB/GYN providing care at Southern Oklahoma Women's Health. He serves Arkansas through an Aesthetics Training Institute (ATI) where he trains doctors from around the country with hands-on liposuction, showcasing his superior outcomes that have minimal downtime.
He is a Fellow Member of the American Academy of Cosmetic Surgery. Unlike many traditional gynecologists, he has additional training that enables him to perform restorative cosmetic surgery, advanced hormone replacement for both men and women, and perform complex urogynecologic surgeries on the pelvic floor. His study on proactive postpartum pelvic floor restoration using an electrostimulator has been published by the world renowned Journal of Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery. His special interest in urogynecology led him to adapt the use of a minimally-invasive radio-frequency contraction device to perform a non-surgical labiaplasty to shrink the sensitive labial tissue that can be enlarged in women after childbirth or menopause. Trademarked as FemTite, this procedure is now marketed worldwide as AVIVA or Aviva FemTite. It is widely recognized as a “game changer” in the OBGYN community. FemTite brings labiaplasty to more women at approximately one-tenth of the cost of a surgical procedure, with none of the negative side effects associated with surgical labiaplasty.
Dr. Ramirez is a respected speaker, distinguished lecturer, and hands-on instructor. He has traveled the world teaching fellow physicians creative advancements in minimally invasive technique. He is highly regarded as an expert in the areas of youthful aging and integrative wellness holding state licenses in multiple states. He has been invited to speak at the ISCG Cosmetic World Congress for the second time.

Kara was born and raised in Harrison, Arkansas. She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Biology from the University of Arkansas and was a member of the Delta Delta Delta sorority. While attending the U of A, Kara began her medical career by working closely with Dr. Clifton as a nursing assistant. Because of her love for medicine, especially dermatology, Kara decided to take her career to the next level. Kara received her Master’s degree from Missouri State University to become a licensed Physician Assistant. Kara is licensed by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants. She is a member of the Society of Dermatology Physician Assistants and the American Academy of Physician Assistants. Recently, Kara achieved SDPA Diplomat status, the highest honor available as a dermatology physician assistant. She enjoys caring for patients and customizing treatment plans for both medical and cosmetic skin problems. When she's not working, she enjoys reading, landscaping and spending time with her family.
Brittany grew up not far from NWA in Springfield, Missouri. She moved to Arkansas to attend Harding University in Searcy, where she received a Bachelor of Arts Degree and a Master’s Degree in Physician Assistant Studies. Brittany finished her training with a preceptorship here at Premier and has advanced training from Dr. Clifton in diseases, infections and lesions of the skin. She is certified by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants and is a member of the American Academy of Physician Assistants (AAPA) and the Society of Dermatology Physician Assistants (SDPA). Recently, Brttany achieved SDPA Diplomat status, the highest honor available as a dermatology physician assistant.
Brittany lives in NWA with her 3 children.
Adrienne, alongside her identical twin sister, grew up in Dallas, Texas. As the recipient of a full music scholarship, she packed her cello and moved to Fayetteville where she would graduate from the University of Arkansas with a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology. After college, Adrienne moved to Florida where she became a medical assistant at a dermatology clinic. It was then that she decided to pursue her career in dermatology. "As a teenager who suffered from horrible acne, I was inspired to 'pay-it-forward' in the field of dermatology," said Adrienne. She received her Masters of Physician Assistant at the University of North Texas, Health Science Center in Fort Worth, Texas, and completed her clinical rotation in dermatology under the supervision of Premier's very own Dr. Clifton.
Adrienne, her husband and two dogs now call Rogers their home. Outside of helping others, she enjoys playing music and traveling.
Teresa McKinney, born in Miami, OK, is a certified physician assistant and joined the Premier medical team in 2020. Specializing in general dermatology, Teresa received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing at Oklahoma Baptist University, Master of Health Science in PA Studies at the University of Oklahoma and School of Community Medicine in Tulsa, OK. The thing she loves most about her job is having the time to hear her patient's stories and getting to know them as a whole person. Teresa is passionate about wanting all of her patients to feel heard and not rushed during their appointments. Wants them to feel that their opinion is valid and they are part of the process, ultimately, wanting them to be happy and satisfied with the care they receive from her.
Teresa and her husband stay busy with their 4 children. She recently started mountain biking and knitting and is always looking for the next great book. Their goal, as a family, is to visit all the National Parks.
Baillie Carmichael is Premier Dermatology’s first board-certified Nurse Practitioner. A native of northwest Arkansas, Baillie graduated from Rogers High School and then attended the University of Arkansas where she earned her Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing in 2013. While in nursing school, Baillie worked at Premier Dermatology as a medical assistant. After becoming a Registered Nurse, she continued to work at Premier alongside our dermatologists by assisting with surgeries and cosmetic procedures as well as caring for patients. During a brief move away from Northwest Arkansas, Baillie gained more experience in medical dermatology, cosmetic dermatology, pain management, and interventional surgery which motivated her to advance her career by becoming a nurse practitioner.
"I pursued this career for the same reason I became an RN - a passion to help people and more specifically for the growing need of adult/gerontology practitioners that is attributable to the increasing aging population. I have loved dermatology since I had the opportunity to work for Dr. Clifton as a medical assistant in nursing school in 2012. She has been the biggest role model in my career and has molded me into the provider I am today. I look forward to treating patients and boosting their self-image and confidence from adolescence into advanced age in cosmetic and medical dermatology."
Baillie attended Maryville University in St. Louis earning her Master of Science in Nursing with a focus on Gerontology and successfully completed her board certification to become a Nurse Practitioner. She is now scheduling new neurotoxin (i.e., Botox, Dysport, Jeuveau) patients and established medical patients for acne, warts, and spots of concern in both Bentonville and Bella Vista locations.
Julie joined the Premier staff in October 2011 as an aesthetic injector. She has over a decade of experience with injectables and fillers including Botox®, Restylane®, and Juvederm®. She has served as an aesthetic injector in the plastic surgery setting in both Arkansas and California. In 2018, Julie attained her Certified Aesthetic Nurse Specialist designation (CANS). This highest honor signifies her specialized knowlegde and skill set in the field of facial aesthetics.
In addition to being an aesthetic injector, Julie is a certified Forever Young BBL™ and Fractora® provider.
Julie grew up in Waldron, Arkansas. She received her nursing degree from Baptist School of Nursing. She's married and has 3 children. When she's not helping others look their best, Julie enjoys gardening and traveling.
Nellie is a California girl by birth and an Arkansan by heart. She moved to NWA in 2005 after spending her entire life in Newport Beach, California. Nellie says Arkansas just felt like the right place to raise her 2 children. Nellie has an extensive background in the medical field. Upon moving to NWA, she worked as a nurse, x-ray technician, surgery coordinator and lab technician. Several years ago, Nellie decided to pursue a career in the world of dermatology. She received her certification from the National Laser Institute in Phoenix, Arizona. Nellie loves seeing how laser procedures change people's lives by giving them more confidence in their appearance.
In this ever-evolving field, Nellie stays current with all of the latest devices and procedures. She specializes in Forever Young BBL™, Halo™, Thermi™, laser tattoo removal and laser hair reduction.
Kimberly was born and raised in Northwest Arkansas. She graduated from Springdale High School in 2005. She began working at Premier Dermatology in 2007 as a receptionist but quickly decided she wanted a more hands-on career. Kimberly completed aesthetic school in 2009 becoming a Clincal Aesthetician and has since performed countless procedures including chemical peels, HydraFacial, and SkinPen microneedling. She enjoys helping clients reach their skin care goals all while bringing an upbeat energy to her job.
Kimberly expanded her services in 2017 by offering laser hair removal, tattoo removal, laser facial and BBL procedures. In 2019, she attended the National Laser Institute for comprehensive laser training which included both classroom and hands-on experience. After completing all necessary coursework and exams, Kimberly received her credentials as a Certified Laser Technician. She now offers skin tightening, skin resurfacing, and body contouring as additional services for her patients at Premier Dermatology in Bentonville.
Elaina Bote comes to The Spa at Premier team with over 9 years of massage experience. She received her training from the White River School of Massage in Fayetteville in 1999. Since then, Elaina has been diligent in continuing her education to advance her knowledge and techniques. Elaina specializes in a variety of massage techniques including Swedish, deep, hot stone, sports, prenatal, lymphatic, cranial sacral, and neuromuscular. With her vast portfolio, Elaina is able to develop unique massage experiences to fit individual needs.
Elaina's previous work experience also includes assisting laser technicians. With the opportunity to expand her skill set, Elaina eagerly accepted the invitation to receive intensive laser training from the National Laser Institute. After completing rigourous classroom courses and hands-on training, Elaina passed all necessary licensing exams to become a Certified Laser Technician. Elaina currently offers laser hair reduction, tattoo removal, BBL, and laser facials at Premier Dermatology in Bentonville and Fayetteville.

Staci brings years of experience as a model to Premier's staff. She grew up in Northwest Arkansas and attended the University of Arkansas, where she was a member of Pi Beta Phi sorority. She left the comforts of home in 1987 to pursue modeling in New York City. Staci was accepted to the Ford Modeling Agency and worked with top makeup artists for 20 years. Since moving back to NWA 4 years ago with her husband and 2 teenager daughters, Staci attended Aesthetics school and now enjoys helping people look their best. Staci also has a degree in Interior Design from Parsons School of Design in NYC.
Rebecca loves helping her clients look and feel beautiful. Whether it’s simply picking out the right shade of lipstick or customizing an entire skin care regimen, her main goal is to make sure everyone leaves Premier happy and confident.
Rebecca is a country girl at heart with a city girl savoir-faire. She was born and raised in Lawton, Oklahoma. She moved to Colorado Springs, Colorado in 1992 where she began a career in the health club industry. Rebecca served as the assistant manager at the largest health club in Denver. Her need for adventure and love of the ocean took her to Orange County, California. While there, her passion for health and beauty led her to the Paul Mitchell Skin Academy where she received her Aesthetician License.
Rebecca moved to Northwest Arkansas in 2002 to be closer to family and has been with Premier Dermatology since spring of 2012.
Kat graduated from the University of Arkansas with a bachelors degree in social work. Her passion for helping others was quickly re-focused into helping people feel confident in their skin. In 2014, Kat graduated from the aesthetics program at the Career Academy of Hair Design. Kat joined The Spa at Premier team in February 2017 bringing with her a diverse portfolio of treatment expertise. Kat performs clinical aesthetic services such as facials, chemical peels, dermaplane, HydraFacial, and microneedling.

Kat serves as the primary clinical aesthetician at Premier's newest location in Fayetteville, AR. She is passionate about creating customized treatment plans that incorporate in-office procedures with at-home skincare.
Lexi grew up in Chicago where she attended Western Illinois University with a focus on Fashion Merchandising and Design. Her artistic platforms range from custom framework to store merchandising to salon services. After obtaining her Cosmetology license in 2011, Lexi worked as a make-up artist for a very reputable cosmetics company. Lexi has a passion for beauty in all forms and loves seeing how transformation can boost someone's confidence!

I want to continue to create a space where you can come to us with any concern regarding your skin. I feel very privileged to serve our community with all the knowledge and tools that I have been given to be able to give patients the best possible results they are seeking."
Lexi lives in Fayetteville with her husband, Daniel, and their 3 dogs. They love spending time outdoors exploring all the trails NWA has to offer.
Chrissie was born and raised in Fort Smith, Arkansas. After graduating high school, she attended the University of Arkansas Fort Smith and began a career in retail management. She joined the Premier staff in July 2010 as the Skin Renewal Center's receptionist. She was promoted to a managerial position in February 2012 and brings 10 years of management experience to the position as well as her passion for outstanding customer service. Chrissie lives in Rogers with her playful cat, Bradley.

Kim Ransonette is a native Texan from Port Arthur. She attended Lamar University in Beaumont, Texas, where she studied nursing and met her future husband, Stuart. In affiliation with Walmart, the Ransonettes relocated to Northwest Arkansas and quickly made the region their home. Kim joined the Premier team in 2011 becoming a favorite among patients and staff alike with her compassionate nature and upbeat spirit. Kim says, "I love getting to know the patients. I truly enjoy making sure they have a good experience at our clinic." When Premier expanded the Bella Vista clinic in early 2017, selecting Kim as the office manager was a natural fit.
Kim and her husband, Stu, live in Bella Vista and enjoy all the area has to offer - camping, kayaking, and fishing. They have been married over 35 years and have two sons.
