Dr. Missy Clifton

Founding Partner, Double Board Certified in Dermatology & Laser Surgery

Dr. Missy Clifton, Board Certified Dermatologist and Diplomate of the American Board of Laser Surgery, founded Premier Dermatology in Bentonville, Arkansas, in 2004 with the goal of creating a state-of-the-art practice with “All Things Skin Under One Roof.”  Since then, Premier Dermatology has grown from a staff of five to over one hundred including seven additional board certified dermatologists, four physician assistants, 2 nurse practitioners, a nurse injector, laser technicians, and aestheticians.  Premier Dermatology offers "All Things Skin for All of Northwest Arkansas" by having three conveniently located offices in Bentonville, Bella Vista, and Fayetteville.    

Dr. Clifton graduated summa cum laude from the University of Central Arkansas with a Bachelors of Science Degree and a Minor in Interdisciplinary Studies from the Honors College in 1995.  She then attended the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences, where she graduated first in her class in 1999.  Dr. Clifton completed a 1-year Internship in Internal Medicine at UAMS, before completing a 3-year Residency in Dermatology.  She served her last year as Chief Resident.  

Dr. Clifton offers medical, surgical and cosmetic treatments.   In addition, she has received advanced training in lasers, injectable treatments, chemical peels and dermal fillers.  She serves as a national trainer for Allergan® and other national cosmetic companies.  

Her research interests have led to several publications in the Journal of the American Academy of Dermatology, Pediatric Dermatology and the Journal of Cutaneous Pathology. Dr. Clifton stays up to date with regular journal readings and participation in medical and cosmetic conferences

Dr. Clifton’s approach to patient care is to treat everyone like a member of her family.  She listens closely to her patient’s concerns before creating an individualized plan to meet their needs.

Dr. Missy Clifton is a native Arkansan from Dardanelle. She and their 3 children call Bentonville home.

Dr. Caroline Cunningham

Board Certified Dermatologist

Dr. Caroline Cunningham graduated Magna Cum Laude with Honors from the University of Georgia with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Biology.  She then attended medical school at Tulane University School of Medicine earning her Doctorate of Medicine in 2016 and graduating first in her class.  After medical school, Dr. Cunningham completed a one-year internship in internal medicine and a three-year dermatology residency all at Tulane University Medical Center. 

Dr. Cunningham comes to Premier Dermatology as a highly decorated physician.  Throughout her undergraduate and graduate education, she was the recipient of numerous awards including the Tulane School of Medicine Deans Award, the American Medical Women’s Association Glasgow-Rubin Achievement Award for being a female medical student who graduates first in her class, the Dr. George H. Hauser Award for outstanding performance in the study of pathology, and the Oscar Creech, MD, Award for academic excellence and performance in surgical rotation.  Alongside her many accolades, publications, and professional memberships lies her passion.  Dr. Cunningham has been an advocate and volunteer for children with special needs and for those requiring hospitalization for many years.  In fact, she was a founding board member of Strong City, an organization representing a new way for cities to share resources and empower underserved youth.

Kara Richardson, P.A.

Physician Assistant

Kara was born and raised in Harrison, Arkansas.  She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Biology from the University of Arkansas and was a member of the Delta Delta Delta sorority. While attending the U of A, Kara began her medical career by working closely with Dr. Clifton as a nursing assistant.  Because of her love for medicine, especially dermatology, Kara decided to take her career to the next level.  Kara received her Master’s degree from Missouri State University to become a licensed Physician Assistant. Kara is licensed by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants. She is a member of the Society of Dermatology Physician Assistants and the American Academy of Physician Assistants.  Recently, Kara achieved SDPA Diplomat status, the highest honor available as a dermatology physician assistant.  She enjoys caring for patients and customizing treatment plans for both medical and cosmetic skin problems. When she's not working, she enjoys reading, landscaping and spending time with her family.

Mimi Hill, P.A.-C

Physician Assistant

Mimi Hill was born in Pine Bluff, Arkansas, and moved around a lot while growing up.  She eventually made her way back to Arkansas to attend college.  She is a huge Razorback fan and proud U of A alumnus.  

Mimi received her Bachelor of Science degree in Kinesiology from the University of Arkansas in 2017.  She served as a Pre-Physician Assistant Society Vice President and was a member of the Zeta Tau Alpha sorority.  She then received her Masters of Physician Assistant Studies from the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences in Little Rock in 2020.  No stranger to Premier Dermatology, Mimi completed her dermatology rotation at Premier Dermatology while in PA school. 

“My interest in skin care started as early as high school when I struggled with acne.  I also have a long family history of skin cancers so that drove my passion as well to becoming a PA.  I always knew it was what I wanted to do.  My vision of the patient experience is full transparency when it comes to their struggles or concerns.  I want patients to feel comfortable sharing their insecurities or worries with me trusting that I can help them achieve the results they are looking for.  I want patients to feel confident that their concerns are being addressed passionately.”

Mimi provides care for both the health and appearance of the skin and sees patients for general dermatology as well as cosmetic dermatology concerns.  In addition to being a PA, Mimi is a certified fitness trainer.  She has an identical twin sister plus two other sisters with whom she is very close.  Mimi is married to her significant other, Reed, and looks forward to further establishing her roots in Northwest Arkansas.

Savvy King, P.A.-C

Physician Assistant

Savvy, a certified physician assistant hailing from Bentonville, AR, earned her Bachelor of Science in Biology from the University of Arkansas before pursuing her Masters at the University of North Texas Health Science Center in Ft. Worth, TX. With prior clinical exposure in psychiatry, she has cultivated a comprehensive approach to addressing both the physical and mental aspects of patient care. Engaging in candid conversations with patients is a highlight of her role as a provider.

“By definition, wellness is the quality of being in good health especially as an actively sought goal. I strive to help patients achieve the goal of wellness through various avenues and specifically through the optimization of their hormones, which are the body’s natural messengers.”

Beyond her professional endeavors, Savvy enjoys quality time with loved ones, walks with her dog Juno, playing pickleball and volleyball, and traveling.

Linzy Elliott, DNP, FNP-C

Nurse Practitioner

Linzy Elliott is a Certified Nurse Practitioner.  Originally from Little Rock, Linzy moved to Northwest Arkansas to attend the University of Arkansas.  She completed her Bachelor of Science in Nursing in 2014, then later earned her Doctor of Nurse Practice in 2020 – graduating with a 4.0 GPA. 

Linzy brings a wealth of knowledge to the Premier team.  Her professional experience includes working as a registered nurse at Baylor Medical Center’s Cardiac ICU as well as Mercy Hospital’s Post Anesthesia Care Unit.  She also served as an Adjunct Faculty Clinical Instructor at the University of Arkansas’ Eleanor Mann School of Nursing. 

Most recently in her practice, Linzy has been improving the lives of her patients from the aesthetic perspective.  She has received advanced training on procedures such as neurotoxins, dermal fillers, QWO, PRP, and other devices.  Linzy says,

“I am passionate about the aesthetics industry because I see the importance it serves for my patients’ overall health and happiness.  If I can make someone feel better about how they look, it will most likely make them a healthier and happier person on the inside, too.  I truly want my patients to feel like the most beautiful versions of themselves!”

Linzy, her husband, daughter, and mini-Australian shepherd love calling NWA home. They are a close-knit family and enjoy calling the Hogs any chance they get!

Becky Carroll, RN, CANS

Cosmetic Nurse

Becky grew up in Dardanelle, AR. She moved to Fayetteville to attend the University of Arkansas, and never left northwest Arkansas! For the past 17 years, she has lived in Farmington with her husband and 4 children.

Becky graduated from the University of Arkansas in 1999. She then completed coursework towards her Diploma of Registered Nursing from Har-Ber School of Nursing in 2001. Becky has been a certified Aesthetic Nurse Specialist since 2016. She is a member of International Society of Plastic and Aesthetic Nurses and American Society of Plastic Surgical Nurses.

Becky has 15 years of experience in injecting neuromodulators, dermal filler, spider veins and Kybella. She is certified in Candela Profound RF Microneedling, CoolSculpting Elite and is a certified laser technician.

“Life can be stressful from all angles. I love this field because I get to help patients look and feel their best by customizing a plan tailored specifically for them and their skin goals.”

In her free time, Becky loves to read, camp and spend time with her family.

Jordan Patterson, RN, CLT

Cosmetic Nurse & Certified Laser Technician

Jordan Patterson began her career at Premier Dermatology in 2010 as certified nurse assistant.  Within a couple years of working alongside Premier providers, she decided to advance her education by becoming a registered nurse.  Since then, Jordan has assisted Premier dermatologists and PAs in both medical and cosmetic capacities.  

In 2022, Jordan took another step at pursuing her career goals by becoming a treatment provider.  After extensive hands-on training with Dr. Missy Clifton, Jordan now performs skin tone and texture improving treatments such as Plasma IQ, Morpheus8, and Sylfirm X.  In 2023, Jordan completed advanced training in lasers making her a Certified Laser Technician.   

Dermatology is more than a passion of mine - it's my life!  How we see ourselves on the outside has a direct effect on how we feel on the inside.  My goal is to help people achieve their skin goals and build their confidence as well.

Jordan's love of dermatology can only be matched by her love of animals!  She is passionate about rescuing, fostering, and caring for dogs and cats alike.  Jordan also enjoys being surrounded by nature making Bella Vista the perfect place for her to call home.

Nellie McCulley, CLT

Certified Laser Technician

Nellie is a California girl by birth and an Arkansan by heart.  She moved to NWA in 2005 after spending her entire life in Newport Beach, California.  Nellie says Arkansas just felt like the right place to raise her 2 children.  Nellie has an extensive background in the medical field.   Upon moving to NWA, she worked as a nurse, x-ray technician, surgery coordinator and lab technician.  Several years ago, Nellie decided to pursue a career in the world of dermatology.  She received her certification from the National Laser Institute in Phoenix, Arizona.  Nellie loves seeing how laser procedures change people's lives by giving them more confidence in their appearance.  

In this ever-evolving field, Nellie stays current with all of the latest devices and procedures.  She specializes in Forever Young BBL™, Halo™, Thermi™, laser tattoo removal and laser hair reduction.

Kimberly Mann, CLT

Certified Laser Technician & Clinical Aesthetician

Kimberly was born and raised in Northwest Arkansas.  She graduated from Springdale High School in 2005.  She began working at Premier Dermatology in 2007 as a receptionist but quickly decided she wanted a more hands-on career.  Kimberly completed aesthetic school in 2009 becoming a Clincal Aesthetician and has since performed countless procedures including chemical peels, HydraFacial, and SkinPen microneedling.  She enjoys helping clients reach their skin care goals all while bringing an upbeat energy to her job.

Kimberly expanded her services in 2017 by offering laser hair removal, tattoo removal, laser facial and BBL procedures.  In 2019, she attended the National Laser Institute for comprehensive laser training which included both classroom and hands-on experience.  After completing all necessary coursework and exams, Kimberly received her credentials as a Certified Laser Technician.  She now offers skin tightening, skin resurfacing, and body contouring as additional services for her patients at Premier Dermatology in Bentonville.

Certified Laser Technician & Clinical Aesthetician

⁠Brittney is a California girl! She was born in San Diego and moved to Northwest Arkansas when she was 7 years old. She attended Bentonville High School and the University of Arkansas. Brittney graduated from Aesthetics School in 2009 and has extensive training in Hydrafacial, Diamond Glow, Microneedling, Dermaplaning, medical-grade Chemical Peels and Laser treatments.  In 2023, Brittney expanded her treatment offerings by becoming a certified laser technician. 

"I always knew my passion was skin! I love making a difference in my patients' skin by filling them with knowledge about skin care, products and customized treatment plans! I am always seeking out and learning about the latest and best skin care products and treatments for my patients!"

Brittney lives in Bentonville with her dogs. She is a huge animal lover and loves to spend time with her family in her free time. ⁠

Clinical Aesthetician

Staci brings years of experience as a model to Premier's staff.  She grew up in Northwest Arkansas and attended the University of Arkansas, where she was a member of Pi Beta Phi sorority.  She left the comforts of home in 1987 to pursue modeling in New York City.  Staci was accepted to the Ford Modeling Agency and worked with top makeup artists for 20 years. Since moving back to NWA 4 years ago with her husband and 2 teenager daughters,  Staci attended Aesthetics school and now enjoys helping people look their best. Staci also has a degree in Interior Design from Parsons School of Design in NYC.

Rebecca Myers

Clinical Aesthetician

Rebecca loves helping her clients look and feel beautiful.  Whether it’s simply picking out the right shade of lipstick or customizing an entire skin care regimen, her main goal is to make sure everyone leaves Premier happy and confident. 

Rebecca is a country girl at heart with a city girl savoir-faire.  She was born and raised in Lawton, Oklahoma.  She moved to Colorado Springs, Colorado in 1992 where she began a career in the health club industry.  Rebecca served as the assistant manager at the largest health club in Denver.  Her need for adventure and love of the ocean took her to Orange County, California.  While there, her passion for health and beauty led her to the Paul Mitchell Skin Academy where she received her Aesthetician License.

Rebecca moved to Northwest Arkansas in 2002 to be closer to family and has been with Premier Dermatology since spring of 2012.

Brisa Castaneda

Clinical Aesthetician

Brisa Castaneda is Premier Dermatology & Aesthetic's first bilingual clinical aesthetician.  This Bentonville native joined the Premier team in 2021 as a licensed aesthetician but began her career at Premier by onboarding patients – in both English and Spanish. 

Her love of skin health started with a personal journey.  As a patient who suffered with severe cystic acne and who was no stranger to dermatology offices, Brisa knew first-hand how important it was to feel good on both the inside and out.  This experience is what led her to become an aesthetician.

“I am passionate about helping people learn about their skin.  I want my patients to have a safe environment to ask their questions and talk about their concerns.  It’s a journey worth taking, and I want to be there every step of the way!”

Brisa Castaneda is an artist through and through.  Not only does she develop customized facial treatments and skincare regimens, but she is also an incredibly talented photographer.  In fact, she is the photographer behind many of Premier’s professional photos!  Her love of photography also makes her an avid outdoorsperson.  Brisa and her husband enjoy hiking, off-roading, rock climbing, and traveling in their free time.

Olivia Godin

Clinical Aesthetician & Cosmetic Coordinator

Olivia grew up in NWA where she attended NWACC and the University of Arkansas with a focus in business. While working at Premier, Olivia obtained her Medical Assistant License from Petra Allied Health in Springdale in 2016.  Then in 2024, Olivia completed additional courses making her a licensed clinical aesthetician.  

During her time with Premier, Olivia has gained a vast knowledge of "all things skin." She has worked closely with many providers assisting with injections, laser treatments, body contouring and medical dermatology. Olivia has attended many specialized trainings with SkinMedica, SkinCeuticals, Revision Skincare, Obagi, and Alastin skincare products as well as SkinPen, DiamondGlow, and Hydrafacial.

“I love helping people feel better about themselves. I have a passion for providing quality care for our Premier patients and helping them through each stage of their skin care needs. I’m thrilled to be a Clinical Aesthetician and Cosmetic Coordinator for our patients in Bentonville!”

Olivia lives in Siloam Springs with her daughter, Channing, and their Goldendoodle Remi. In her free time, Olivia loves to travel, swim and take bike rides with Channing.

Cosmetic Coordinator & Laser Assistant

Meagan Mills is a Cosmetic Coordinator and laser assistant for Premier Dermatology.  From McDonald County, Missouri, she began commuting to Premier in 2018 serving as a front office specialist for the Bentonville location.  It was in this role that she started to have a passion for aesthetics and helping patients.  During this time in her career at Premier, Meagan also completed her Bachelor of Science degree in communications.    

After being one of the lead members of the front office team, Meagan moved into the roles of cosmetic coordinator and laser assistant.  Wearing both hats allows Meagan to be hands-on in the treatment room as well as a starting point for new patients.  As cosmetic coordinator, Meagan develops treatment plans and skincare regimens tailored to her patients’ needs. 

I enjoy seeing people embrace their natural skin and seeing it transform into a healthy, glowing complexion.  Whether it’s a simple skincare routine or a couple of treatments, I love helping patients love their skin!  I strive to help my patients understand the importance of taking care of the skin they are given. 

Meagan enjoys traveling and experiencing NFL games throughout the country.  Her real joy comes in taking care of her prized possession – her dog, Oakland.
