Are there any fees or membership dues?
No. What you pay each month goes towards your future services and purchases.
Can I cancel before the end of my 12-month term? If so, how much notice is needed? Is there an early-termination fee?
The program is designed to keep your aesthetic and wellness goals a top priority every year. Should you need to cancel your plan before the end of 12 months, you will forgo all benefits including unused membership services. Any prepayments left on the account can be used on any purchase or service at regular price.
What happens to banked money if I cancel the membership?
Any funds that remain on your account after your membership has ended can be used towards regularly priced services or purchases. Your funds will expire in 2 years if not used.
Can I gift my complimentary services to friends/family?
This program is all for you! Be selfish. We won’t tell.
Do my complimentary services roll over to the next membership cycle?
Unfortunately, no. We want you to take full advantage of the program each year. Use your services within the 12-month period...your skin will thank you!
Can I upgrade/downgrade my membership plan mid-year?
You are welcome to upgrade your plan at any time to enjoy more perks. Added benefits will still need to be used within the original 12-month period. Plan downgrades are not available mid-year.
Can I combine my membership discounts/perks with other loyalty programs like Alle or ASPIRE?
Yes! We love helping you make your dollars go further.
If I receive a service but have already redeemed my monthly prepayment, will I still get Open House pricing?
Yes! As long as you are enrolled in the 12-month membership program, you will receive Open House pricing at every visit, with every purchase.
If I already have Open House dollars on my account and I want to become a member, how does that work?
When you become a member, you agree to the monthly membership prepayment. That prepayment and your Open House account can be used in conjunction towards your treatments and purchases at the current Open House discounts. Otherwise, you can sign up to be a member once your Open House dollars are redeemed.
