“First Botox experience! 1 - The facility is beautiful esthetically, check in staff are very friendly. 2 - My husband and I went together, both first timers for injections. They brought us back and took before pics. Then we met Kara. She was FANTASTIC! 15 years of experience (I asked), extremely honest and knowledgeable. She asked what our goals were and gave us our options with absolute transparency. We moved forward with Botox injections. 3 - She used an ice pack to semi numb the skin, felt a tiny pinch but legitimately almost painless. 4 - Check out was great, ended up asking for a recommendation for some topical skin care and got that as well. All in all an absolutely fantastic experience, will definitely come back!”
